PT Vortex Conveyor International Holds Management Review Meeting to Evaluate ISO 45001

PT Vortex Conveyor International conducted a Management Review Meeting (RTM) on Friday, September 4, 2026, at the Transom & Pulley Factory. The meeting was attended by all Heads of Department from both the Roller Factory and Transom & Pulley Factory as part of management’s evaluation of the company’s Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management System in accordance with ISO 45001.

The meeting was opened by the General Manager of PT Vortex Conveyor International and attended directly by the company’s Director, Mr. Frans Jo Jeo. The involvement of management in the meeting reflects the company’s view that occupational health and safety is not the responsibility of a single department, but a shared responsibility that needs to be understood and implemented across all levels of the organization.

In his remarks, Mr. Frans Jo Jeo emphasized that OHS is the responsibility of every employee, rather than solely the responsibility of the HSE Division or department heads. “Ultimately, OHS is our shared responsibility, the responsibility of every employee at PT Vortex Conveyor International, not merely the responsibility of the HSE Division or department heads. Let us make OHS a shared evaluation and an opportunity to improve the existing system,” he stated.

This Management Review Meeting specifically focused on the implementation of ISO 45001 and the evaluation of occupational health and safety practices across PT Vortex Conveyor International’s working environment. Various aspects of the OHS management system were reviewed to assess the effectiveness of existing practices while identifying areas that require further improvement. This approach is expected to encourage a more comprehensive evaluation by involving every department in the continuous improvement of the company’s OHS system.

Mr. Frans Jo Jeo further explained that the implementation of ISO 45001 represents an enhancement of the management systems already established within the company. “Unlike ISO 9001, which we have already implemented, we are upgrading our system through ISO 45001 because this standard focuses on our people and employees, including how we can look after one another in terms of occupational safety, occupational health, and other related aspects,” he explained.

Through this Management Review Meeting, PT Vortex Conveyor International reaffirmed the importance of continuously evaluating its OHS management system and involving all parts of the organization in creating a safer and healthier workplace. The outcomes of the meeting are expected to serve as a basis for relevant improvement initiatives, strengthen cross-departmental coordination, and foster a safety culture that is driven not only by established systems but also by the shared awareness and commitment of every employee.

Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen PT Vortex Conveyor International Perkuat Sistem K3

PT Vortex Conveyor International melaksanakan Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen (RTM) pada Jumat, 4 September 2026, bertempat di Transom & Pulley Factory. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh seluruh Head of Department dari Roller Factory maupun Transom & Pulley Factory sebagai bagian dari evaluasi manajemen terhadap penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) berdasarkan ISO 45001.

RTM dibuka oleh General Manager PT Vortex Conveyor International dan turut dihadiri secara langsung oleh Direktur PT Vortex Conveyor International, Bapak Frans Jo Jeo. Kehadiran manajemen dalam forum ini menunjukkan bahwa evaluasi K3 tidak hanya menjadi agenda satu divisi, tetapi menjadi bagian dari tanggung jawab bersama yang perlu dipahami dan diterapkan oleh seluruh unsur perusahaan.

Dalam arahannya, Bapak Frans Jo Jeo menegaskan bahwa K3 merupakan tanggung jawab seluruh karyawan, bukan hanya menjadi tanggung jawab divisi HSE maupun department head. “Sejatinya K3 adalah tanggung jawab kita bersama, tanggung jawab seluruh karyawan PT Vortex Conveyor International, bukan hanya sebatas tanggung jawab divisi HSE atau department head. Jadikan K3 ini sebuah evaluasi bersama, perbaikan dari sistem yang ada,” ujar beliau.

RTM kali ini secara khusus berfokus pada penerapan ISO 45001 dengan membahas evaluasi K3 di lingkungan kerja PT Vortex Conveyor International. Berbagai aspek dalam sistem keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menjadi bagian dari pembahasan untuk melihat efektivitas penerapan yang telah berjalan sekaligus mengidentifikasi area yang masih memerlukan perbaikan. Pendekatan tersebut diharapkan dapat mendorong evaluasi yang lebih menyeluruh dengan melibatkan setiap departemen dalam proses peningkatan sistem K3.

Lebih lanjut, Bapak Frans Jo Jeo menjelaskan bahwa penerapan ISO 45001 menjadi langkah pengembangan dari sistem manajemen yang telah dijalankan perusahaan. “Berbeda dengan ISO 9001 yang telah kita jalankan, pada ISO 45001 ini kita upgrade kembali karena kali ini berfokus untuk manusianya atau karyawan, bagaimana kita bisa saling jaga untuk keselamatan kerja, kesehatan kerja, dan sebagainya,” jelas beliau.

Melalui pelaksanaan RTM ini, PT Vortex Conveyor International menegaskan pentingnya evaluasi berkelanjutan terhadap sistem K3 serta keterlibatan seluruh bagian perusahaan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman dan sehat. Hasil pembahasan dalam forum ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar untuk menentukan langkah perbaikan yang relevan, memperkuat koordinasi lintas departemen, serta membangun budaya keselamatan yang tidak hanya bergantung pada sistem, tetapi juga menjadi kesadaran bersama seluruh karyawan.
