PT Vortex Conveyor International held its first ISO 45001 briefing session on Monday, June 22, 2026, at the Transom Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor. The session, which began at 9:00 AM local time, brought together P2K3 committee members, representatives from every department, and the company's management team. This briefing marks one of the company's strategic steps in preparing for the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) aligned with the ISO 45001 standard.

The session aims to strengthen understanding across the organization of the requirements and practical application of ISO 45001 as the international standard for occupational health and safety management. Beyond serving as part of the preparation for the ISO 45001 certification audit, the briefing is also expected to deepen employee engagement in building a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.

During the session, participants received an overview of the core principles behind an Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the role each party plays in implementing it, and the importance of consistently applying a safety culture across all work areas. The session emphasized that successfully implementing ISO 45001 depends not only on company policy but also on the active participation of every employee in following established procedures.

The briefing also covered the full range of workplace safety Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in effect at PT Vortex Conveyor International, including safe work practices, risk control measures, the use of personal protective equipment, and the mechanisms for reporting and addressing potential workplace hazards. With a shared understanding in place, the company hopes every individual can carry out their duties in line with the safety standards that apply.

Langkah Strategis PT Vortex Menuju Sertifikasi ISO 45001

PT Vortex Conveyor International menyelenggarakan Sosialisasi I ISO 45001 pada Senin, 22 Juni 2026, bertempat di Ruang Meeting Transom Lantai 2. Kegiatan yang dimulai pukul 09.00 WIB tersebut diikuti oleh anggota P2K3, perwakilan seluruh departemen, serta jajaran manajemen perusahaan. Sosialisasi ini menjadi salah satu langkah strategis perusahaan dalam mempersiapkan implementasi Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) sesuai standar ISO 45001.

Pelaksanaan kegiatan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman seluruh elemen organisasi terhadap persyaratan dan penerapan ISO 45001 sebagai standar internasional dalam pengelolaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. Selain menjadi bagian dari persiapan menghadapi audit sertifikasi ISO 45001, sosialisasi ini juga diharapkan dapat memperkuat keterlibatan seluruh karyawan dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang aman, sehat, dan produktif.
