ISO 45001 Socialization Strengthens Cross-Department Collaboration

PT Vortex Conveyor International conducted its Batch II ISO 45001 Socialization on Monday, June 29, 2026, at 09:00 WIB in the Transom 7 Meeting Room at the Pulley Factory, 2nd Floor. The session was attended by Department Heads and representatives from each department as part of the company's ongoing preparation toward the implementation and certification audit of ISO 45001. Through this initiative, PT Vortex continues to strengthen cross-departmental coordination in the application of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3).

The main agenda centered on the review of ISO-integrated documentation across all departments. Each participant gained a clear understanding of their respective roles, responsibilities, and the interrelationship between documents held by each work unit in supporting the overall implementation of the management system. This approach is designed to ensure that all processes are thoroughly documented and fully aligned with the requirements of the ISO 45001 standard.

Throughout the session, participants reviewed the documents under each department's responsibility, including alignment discussions where further adjustments were needed. The review was conducted collaboratively to ensure every department holds a shared understanding of implementation mechanisms, document control procedures, and the consistent application of operational procedures across the work environment.

Sosialisasi ISO 45001 Perkuat Sinergi Antar Departemen

PT Vortex Conveyor International melaksanakan Sosialisasi Batch II ISO 45001 pada Senin, 29 Juni 2026 pukul 09.00 WIB di Ruang Meeting Transom 7 Pulley Factory Lantai 2. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Department Head dan perwakilan dari masing-masing departemen sebagai bagian dari rangkaian persiapan perusahaan menuju implementasi dan audit sertifikasi ISO 45001. Melalui sosialisasi ini, perusahaan terus memperkuat koordinasi lintas departemen dalam penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3).

Agenda utama sosialisasi berfokus pada pembahasan dokumen ISO yang terintegrasi di setiap departemen. Setiap peserta memperoleh pemahaman mengenai peran, tanggung jawab, serta keterkaitan dokumen yang dimiliki masing-masing unit kerja dalam mendukung penerapan sistem manajemen secara menyeluruh. Pendekatan ini bertujuan untuk memastikan seluruh proses terdokumentasi dengan baik serta selaras dengan persyaratan standar ISO 45001.

Selama kegiatan berlangsung, peserta melakukan pembahasan terhadap dokumen yang menjadi tanggung jawab departemen masing-masing, termasuk proses penyelarasan apabila terdapat penyesuaian lebih lanjut. Diskusi dilakukan secara kolaboratif agar setiap departemen memiliki pemahaman yang sama mengenai mekanisme implementasi, pengendalian dokumen, serta konsistensi penerapan prosedur di lingkungan kerja.
